This is a fantastic opportunity for health care support workers to develop a career in the NHS as a Health Care Support Worker at Medway Hospital NHS Trust. We have a number of opportunities available across the Trust to applicants without hospital experience but have care experience either caring for family members or working in social care.
We will provide training and support to obtain your Care Certificate (nationally recognised) and offer opportunities to work in different settings. This is a great opportunity to gain new skills, experience and knowledge for those who may wish to pursue a future career in nursing or any other healthcare profession.
Main duties of the job
The successful post holders will be expected to provide support and assistance to professionals in the implementation of care plans for individual patients.
As a Clinical Support Worker, you will ensure patients receive a high quality of clinical care and a good patient experience. We have a management team that is both innovative and proactive in ensuring that high quality care is delivered to our patients.
Care Certificate Programme to be completed over a specified 6 months period, if not obtained prior to commencement.
