Main duties of the job
Act as the primary contact for the Housekeeping and Bed Turnaround teams, engaging with internal and external customers, representing the service, and managing relevant systems.
Be well-versed in all duties related to Housekeeping, Bed Turnaround (Teletracking), and Patient Food Service, covering these areas as needed during major incidents, emergencies, and system failures.

- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a similar environment.

- Experience of working with staff rotas .
