Main duties of the job
The post holder will be expected to support the Medical Clinicians within the procedure rooms with various treatments for a mix of in-patients and out-patients.
They will be required to take charge of the unit in the absence of a Clinical Sister and support junior staff and students who are working in the unit.
Training will be given for anyone applying with no experience

Supportive skills for assisting with procedures in the rooms.
Admission and recovery of all patients attending the unit and escalating any unwell patients or emergency situations.
Full training will be given for those who require it and encouragement for personal development in relation to working in endoscopy.
