Salary: £37,068 - £39,260 per annum/pro rata

We are recruiting for a Clinical Trust Fellow (ST1/ST2) in the Emergency Department who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.
Main duties of the job
In this post you will also be able to attend see emergency patients within the department.

On average, the total number of hours each week will be a maximum of 48 hours, on a full shift pattern with an out-of-hours on-call commitment. The post will be offered for a twelve month fixed term period and may be extended dependent upon service needs.
Friendly and supportive Consultants willing to guide doctors with their requirements and competencies for entry into Core / Specialist / GP training as well as potential to be promoted onto the Registrar rota
Opportunities to carry out audits/quality improvement and research work with view to gaining peer-reviewed publications.
The post will be based at the Medway NHS Foundation Trust Hospital.
