Salary: £43,742 - £50,056 per annum/pro rata

Main duties of the job
The successful post holder will be expected to develop and deliver pharmacy services to patients at Medway Hospital.
As the Rotational Senior Pharmacist you will ensure that patients get the most from their medicine and recive optimal support.
The post is rotational within Pharmacy. Clinical rotations include (but are not limited to) Acute medicine, Admissions, Cardiology, Surgery, Paediatrics and Critical Care (level 2 and level 3).
In addition, the post holder will gain experience in taking on additional areas of responsibility including: Anticoagulation, Aseptic services, Governance and Risk, Research and audit, and Antimicrobials.
The post holder will liaise between wards, departments and pharmacy to ensure that pharmacy services are tailored to meet the Trust's and patients' needs.
