We are offering substantive positions or secondment opportunities to join our new team on Minster Ward. We are seeking to recruit highly motivated individuals as we continue to rapidly develop and expand our frailty service. The ideal candidate will not only have an interest in improving patient care within frailty, but also be enthusiastic with a can do attitude. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a new team who will work closely with other members of the multi-disciplinary team and will provide clinical assessment and treatment of older people living with frailty.
Main duties of the job
Medway's Frailty Programme is a large, busy and a highly supportive place to work. As a Staff Nurse you will be expected to ensure that patients' receive high quality clinical care and a good patient experience, having regard for their customs, religious beliefs and principles.
Within this role we will offer you the opportunity to undertake our fantastic Preceptorship Programme. This programme has been designed to support you through training to progress to you to a Band 6 within the Unplanned & Integrated Care Directorate.
