Job summary
Older Adult Home Treatment Team are seeking a dynamic individual to join the team to provide administrative support.
The post holder must be flexible as you will be working across the HTT service providing administrative duties as detailed below working across a multi-professional team.

Main duties of the job
To provide a high standard of service to all colleagues resulting in safe and effective treatments for service users & their families/carers. Uploading documents to Rio Informing medics of new referrals once they have been triaged for assessment. Opening referrals on Rio and adding them to the team handover board. Requesting summary care records from general practitioners. Preparation of SBARS for MDTs on Tuesdays. Answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls Ordering medications from pharmacies. Arrange servicing of pool cars. Scanning of receipts and upload to banking portal. Room bookings for meetings. Maintaining servicing of equipment. Minute taking of meetings. Ordering of office and service equipment. Monitoring of referrals inbox Preparation of assessment packs. Sending out invites to other professionals for meetings, Cover for medical secretary with additional duties when required.
