Job summary
Ash Villa is a 15-bed female acute treatment ward.
We are seeking a talented and experienced administrator to support our inpatient Consultant psychiatrist and their junior colleagues with day to day secretarial needs.
We are looking for candidates who are dynamic and committed to achieving quality outcomes.
You will need to be organised and pro active and able to work in a fast paced environment. The post demands the ability to communicate at all levels with patients, relatives, medical colleagues and allied health professionals whilst maintaining a high standard of service to meet the needs of the patient.
The role includes a range of secretarial and administrative duties such as minute taking, diary management, report and letter writing, and the use of various software systems.

- Ability to take and produce formal minutes of a variety of meetings in both face to face settings and remotely
