Are you passionate about improving patient experience and safety? You'll join our dynamic Quality Improvement and Assurance Team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, focusing on Children and Young People, Learning Disabilities and Autism, and Veterans Services.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Quality Improvement and Assurance Lead, clinical team, Service Manager, and patients to drive improvements in safety, experience, and compliance. You'll support incident reviews, complaints handling, deliver training, and contribute to strategic quality initiatives aligned with national frameworks.

Main duties of the job
As a Patient Experience and Safety Coordinator, you'll:
o Lead and support patient safety reviews and investigations
o Advise on complaints, PALS concerns, and patient feedback
o Deliver training on duty of candour, incident management, and quality improvement
o Analyse data to identify trends and drive learning
o Produce reports and briefings for governance and assurance
o Support audits, compliance, and patient involvement initiatives
You'll work collaboratively across services to embed a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Essential qualifications:
o Degree in health or social care (or equivalent experience)
o Registration with NMC, HCPC or equivalent body
