Job summary
At Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT), we are committed to delivering outstanding mental health services. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-orientated security administrator to support our Low Secure Forensic Mental Health Unit, Francis Willis Unit.
This is a key role in ensuring the safety and security of our patients, staff, and visitors while maintaining a therapeutic and recovery-focused environment.
As Security Administrator, you will play a vital part in the day-to-day management of security systems and procedures. You will work closely with clinical, operational, and estates teams to ensure a safe and secure environment that supports patient care and recovery.
This post is for part-time hours
The current working pattern is week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 07:00-20:00 hours. Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday 07:00-20:00 hours

Main duties of the job
Monitor and manage access control systems, keys, alarms, doors and incident reporting tools.
Maintain accurate records of security incidents and produce regular reports for management.
Liaise with clinical teams to support risk assessments and implement appropriate security measures.
Support emergency response planning and drills.
Provide administrative support for security-related training and inductions.
