Job summary

A wonderful opportunity has been made available to join our fabulous Lincoln OA CMHT as team secretary. The offer is open to flexible working. Main duties of the job

Duties would include: monitoring inbox, processing referrals, typing and sending correspondence, arranging appointments, maintaining electronic diaries, managing room bookings, requesting information from GPs, taking and making telephone calls to patients/GPs/relatives etc., attending and minuting meetings when required, photocopying, stationery ordering, administering petty cash.

  • RSA11/ III or equivalent
  • Good standard of general education - word processing skills
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office, particularly Word/Excel/PowerPoint/electronic diary management etc

Experience

  • Extensive amount of working in an administrative position

  • Audio typing skills
  • Knowledge of Trust database systems
