A vacancy has become available within the Health Roster Team team This is a permanent contract of 37.5 hours a week The Core business hours are 8.30-16.30 Monday To Friday . This role is based at The Point Unit 9 Sleaford NG34 8GG with opportunities for home working.
Although HealthRoster knowledge is beneficial, full training will be given.
Main duties of the job
To maintain new starters to the eRostering system
Actioning and updating all Recruitment changes on the Rostering system
To provide Employee online advice and guidance where required.
Supporting end users with login difficulties Support end users with basic system functionality Sup Accurately update annual leave entitlements on Healthroster
Adding roster bars from templates on a monthly basis
Input of data onto Healthroster relating to staff and positions including amendments, variations and terminations to terms and conditions of service
To act as a point of contact for enquiries related to Rostering
Follow internal processes as directed by the Manager
Manage departmental communications in a diplomatic and helpful manner as the first point of contact

Job responsibilities
Act as a system administrator providing advice on system configuration, set up and data gathering and input necessary to use the system
To support the implementation processes by collating manual roster information from wards/departments and then input this into an electronic system.
Administer the system and provide support for user queries
To provide general clerical support as required to enable the office to function effectively, using Microsoft Office software e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Populate the system
Assist in providing system training to all users throughout the Trust
Support the Band 4 administrator
To provide advice and support to ward/nurse managers and other roster creators as required.
To focus and guide roster users to implement the Healthroster policy
Assist the Band 4 administrator in reporting to Ward Managers, Team Leaders instances of all roster inefficiencies and to provide supporting evidence
Be aware of and follow Trust policies and procedures, in particular confidentiality, general security and information governance
To be able to exercise discretion whilst dealing with matters of a confidential nature, ensuring that confidential information is secured at all times
To be able to illustrate excellent communication skills with colleagues, managers and outside agencies in a pleasant and courteous manner at all times.
To deal with queries from members of staff within the organisation in a timely and efficient manner
To participate in training events as appropriate to the role
To support in the collection of information from ward areas and then use this to set up rosters using Healthroster
