Job summary
We are looking for an internal communications expert to join our busy and fast paced communications team at Moorfields.
This is a two-year fixed term contract that will see the candidate join at a very exciting time for the trust as we prepare to move to our new center for advancing eye health in 2027.
We are seeking someone passionate about internal communications, eager to make an impact, and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Main duties of the job
Reporting to the senior internal communications manager, this role will be key in supporting the delivery of effective and engaging internal communications.
The post holder will be part of a team ensuring our 2,350 staff across a network of sites in and around London and the United Arab Emirates understand the organisation's vision, their role within it and to support them to feel focused and valued.
The role holder will help deliver an ambitious communications programme supporting the strategic objectives of the organisation across its dispersed network of sites, researching and consistently evaluating all key work.
