As part of our People and Organisational Development (OD) team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce experience and supporting meaningful change across the Trust by supporting the People Senior Leadership Team.

Main duties of the job

What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating People and OD projects and governance activities, ensuring smooth delivery and clear communication.
Supporting risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts to help us stay accountable and effective.
Helping organise engagement events like leadership away days and team development sessions.
Managing information, data, and reports to inform decisions that shape the future of our people services.
Experience in HR, governance, or project coordination is ideal, but what matters most is your commitment to supporting people and delivering quality outcomes.
