We are seeking a highly motivated, compassionate, and innovative Registered professional as we have an exciting opportunity within Moorfields Private Refractive Laser Suite for a Band 7 Clinical Lead. You will be joining the organisation at a very exciting time as we progress on innovating clinical care pathways and plan for our new hospital, Oriel.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will be a collaborator and have strong influencing skills working across and within teams to support on our continuous learning and improvement journey. You will be a highly visible role model for the team providing exceptional leadership and it is essential that you have established yourself as a confident and competent senior clinician within an acute setting, with experience within this speciality. You will need to have confidence and experience in leading a team and have demonstrable professional achievements.
As an inspirational leader you will be pivotal in maintaining and strengthening quality and safety within the unit through robust procedural guidelines, collaborative risk, incident, and complaints management.
