Job summary
We are looking to recruit a well organised secretary, to assist in the provision of a comprehensive and efficient secretarial/administrative support service to the Clinical Therapies.
This entails supporting the varying senior managers and clinicians within the Clinical Therapies Team
Applicants should be self-motivated and have a flexible approach to work with the ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritise work and deal with complex/sensitive issues. An understanding of information governance/confidentiality procedures and knowledge of records management processes are also important aspects of the post.Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and team working skills and have experience of supporting and encouraging others whilst working in a demanding office environment.
The successful applicant will be required to have proven recent experience in a secretarial/administrative role, have the ability to take concise minutes and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
Main duties of the job
The Clinical Therapies Corporate Secretarial Team provide a professional and comprehensive secretarial / administrative service to the Clinical Therapies Team - Clinical Specialities Division.
This will include supporting the Senior Management Team to ensure delivery of the core business functions within the Clinical Therapies Team.
