We are looking for an experienced Paediatric Clinical Site Manager to provide senior leadership, clinical guidance, and operational support. This role is central to maintaining high standards of patient safety, quality, and experience while ensuring effective patient flow.

Main duties of the job
Facilitate effective patient flow ensuring optimal patient safety, quality and experience whilst working with the national and local patient access targets to balance the elective and emergency demand.
Provide a consistent source of professional leadership and senior clinical skills to support the wards and medical teams.
Responsible out of hours for the operational site management of the Paediatric and neonatal services across the whole Trust
Participate in and co-ordinate the Trust's Emergency Response Teams to fire, security alerts, cardiac arrests and other clinical emergencies and to be responsible for the co-ordination and first line management of major and serious incidents, as required.
When necessary, facilitate the management of the emergency and elective admission process across Paediatric and neonatal services.

- Post registration experience in an acute clinical environment

- Minimum of 2 years Band 6 experience
