This post offers a great opportunity for the successful applicant to extend their skills and knowledge in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. We have 2 posts available with the possibility of working across any of our hospital and community based sites. We support flexible working and always endeavour to reduce travel where service need allows.
The physiotherapy service across Doncaster and Bassetlaw undertakes a number of out of hours services, including oncall. The post holder will be assessed for suitability to support one of these services.

Main duties of the job
As a physiotherapist working within the outpatient department, you will be a valued member of the team, providing high quality care to patients, in a professional and compassionate manner. You will be able to contribute ideas and support clinical initiatives in order to provide evidence based patient care.
The department is committed to a CPD programme including monthly clinical coaching, as well as monthly half day CPD sessions. The post holder will contribute to supervision of others and will be supported to attend a clinical educator's course within 6 months of appointment.
Applicants applying for this Band 6 post must have a qualification in Physiotherapy, hold current registration with the HCPC and have significant experience of working within MSK services. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential and a positive approach to problem solving.
