Data Validator - Radiology

Job summary
The post holder will assist in the day to day operational effectiveness of the Radiology department's diagnostic service provision which includes validation of the PTL (Patient Tracking List). In addition, the post holder is expected to provide day to day management and data interrogation of clinical systems linked to information reporting frameworks and statutory information, quality and performance management returns.
Main duties of the job
- Carry out data validations relating to the recording of patient events on AGFA Scheduler, AGFA Acquisition and referrals received via ICE.
- To have a key role in the delivery of an Accurate PTL in order for DM01 performance to be monitored and identify patient breaches.
- To be guided by the principles and broad operational framework of the Trust's Access Policy and national and local UEC access standards guidance but able to apply further local interpretation where required.
- Routine daily and weekly validation of 4 and 12 hour potential breaches, unknown Clock Starts and other UEC data quality reports as required within reporting deadlines.
- Ensuring all nursing and medical staff comply with accurate recording requirements.
