Are you passionate about providing compassionate care and making a meaningful impact in patients' lives? We are looking to recruit Healthcare assistants to join our dynamic and friendly nursing team at Bassetlaw Theatres based at Bassetlaw Hospital.
Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week to fit the service. There will be a requirement after training to support the service on out of hours and weekend shifts, inclusive of on call commitments.
We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our well established teams with a commitment to delivering high quality individualised patient centred care.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing the highest standard of individualised holistic patient care in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team.
Main duties of the job
What we are looking for:
Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant
Completion of the Care Certificate (or willing to complete within 3 months of starting)
Relevant healthcare qualification
Clinical skills and competencies specific to the department (if you lack these then you'll start as a Band 2 Trainee HCA, with progression to a Band 3 HCA upon completion of training).
Candidates need to show maturity, reliability, flexibility and be highly motivated individuals seeking a challenge and who thrive in a busy team environment - you must be committed to co-operative team working at all times.
