Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Education Digital Team for a Digital Education Customer Service Apprenticeship (Level 2) fixed term for 18 months.
Main duties of the job
As part of the Digital Education Team, the post holder will provide administrative support to to staff within the Training and Education team, ensuring the department always runs smoothly. This includes providing customer service and clerical support, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with training coordination. The apprentice will undertake structured learning and development activities aligned with the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship.
The Apprentice will:
Attend college/study sessions as required
Work with an assessor/mentor to develop a work-based portfolio
Undertake work-based assessments
Complete assignments/projects relating to their apprenticeship framework
Present evidence portfolios for assessment within specific time frameworks
Develop and expand knowledge and skills as required in line with trust / service/ professional development
Participate in Performance Development Appraisal
There is an expectation that Apprentice may work across teams within the department, to ensure they are able to attain the required level of units to achieve the intermediate Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship (level 2)
