Job summary
The Pharmacy Department at Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is looking for two enthusiastic and versatile people to join our Homecare Team based at Bassetlaw Hospital.
Pharmacy experience is not essential, although an understanding of how a Pharmacy works would be beneficial, as would previous clerking experience.
The successful applicant must hold a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above including English Language and Maths (certificates must be provided at interview), have a good understanding of Microsoft Office and be an effective communicator. They must also have good problem solving skills and have great attention to detail in all aspects of work but especially in mathematical and data matching areas.
Main duties of the job
You will be expected to:-
Work under your own initiative following written procedures
Work accurately and efficiently under pressure with good time management skills
Respond to client needs and deadlines
Manage the homecare procurement processes
Generate homecare purchase orders according to Trust SFIs and ensure all invoices are reconciled and processed correctly and on time
Work with homecare providers to streamline processes and prevent errors and reworking

5 GCSEs (grade C or above) or equivalent including Maths and EnglishAn proven ability to work at NVQ level 3 or equivalentGood IT and communication skillsGood problem solving skillsGreat attention to detail in all aspects of the work but most specifically on mathematical and data matching
