What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Support Worker
- Completion of the Care Certificate.
- Relevant healthcare qualification (or evidence of equivalent experience).
- If you lack certified clinical skills in Vital Signs and Blood Glucose and Ketones Monitoring, you'll start as Band 2, with progression to Band 3 upon completion of training.

Main duties of the job
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential personal care, including bathing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
- Monitor patients' conditions, including vital signs and NEWS (National Early Warning Scores).
- Collect specimens such as urine, stool, wound swabs, and COVID-19 tests.
- Support clinical procedures after appropriate training (e.g., ECG recording, cannulation, blood sampling).
- Assist nursing and medical staff during clinical procedures using aseptic techniques.
- Offer encouragement and support for lifestyle and behavior changes.
