Job summary
The role will be focusing the effective delivery of clinical governance, risk activities and patient experience across all Theatres, to ensure the department establishes, sustains and operates to an effective risk management system, and organisation wide governance framework which supports the delivery of safe and effective and compassionate patient care.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will support the Divisional Director of Nursing in the Division to deliver the highest standards of patient care.
To facilitate the effective delivery of clinical governance and risk activities across Theatres.
To ensure the department establishes, sustains and operates to an effective risk management system to support the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
To support monitoring quality of patient experience within theatres.
