Job summary
The post holder will work in the People Systems and Workforce Information Team and will facilitate the production of workforce and manpower information for DBTH and administration and maintenance of Workforce Systems including ESR, e-Rostering and e-Expenses. The role will also be responsible for maintaining trust wide work-structures in ESR
The post holder will produce both basic and complex workforce reports and data. the post holder will be required to manipulate data into formats that are user friendly and be used for audiences up to and including the Trusts executive team
Main duties of the job
The post holder will report, analyse, present and interpret workforce information to enable local, regional and national reports and to support the efficient workforce planning process. Key to the role will be handling data from People Systems and a variety of other sources and formats.
The post holder will use the People Systems to their optimum and support the accuracy of the information held on employees and the establishment, ensuring that pay scales, occupational codes, departments, assignments, etc. are robust and accurate.
The role holder must also uphold and champion the governance of change controls and all related policies,.
As directed by management be responsible for uploading data into the payroll system and liaising with payroll service suppliers where necessary to ensure data is processed accurately
The post holder will also fulfil required and requested maintenance of the software and its content and act as point of escalation to external supplier for issue resolution where it cannot be provided locally.
