An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Locum Consultant Cardiologist to join an existing team of nine Consultant Cardiologists working in this successful Teaching Hospital. This post is based at Doncaster Royal Infirmary.
Main duties of the job
Currently this post involves weekend working with no on call but the GIRFT programme is encouraging on call to be provided in all hospitals.
You will be expected to contribute to the delivery of a seven day a week service however this can be delivered flexibly to maintain work life balance or support a specialist interest at a tertiary centre. A job plan for the post will be finally agreed with you following appointment.
