Job summary
Following additional investment in the team, we are delighted to be in position to invest in the People function at DBTH and are looking to recruit an experienced HR professional to take up the new position of Head of People Business Partnering.
The successful applicant will be an integral member of the senior management team, providing guidance and judgement on a range of complex people matters, leading our passionate, talented and supportive Business Partner Team.
You will play a vital role in delivering DBTH's ambitious People Strategy 2023-27 and the newly launched DBTH Way, both of which are key to enable our people to Develop, Belong, Thrive Here at DBTH. You should be CIPD qualified, hold a Masters/Post-graduate level qualification or equivalent and have significant experience of leading strategic and operational Human Resource Management in a complex organisation.
This role reports into Anthony Jones, Deputy Director of People and Organisational Development, who said "We're not solely looking for someone with HR experience, we also want to understand what you would bring to our team as a leader and a colleague and how you would approach this new role to support the wider people agenda at DBTH. You will lead responsibility for the delivery of a modern, effective and customer focused People Business Partner function, that is well respected across the Trust and is strategically aligned to the organisational objectives.
