Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed professional Nurse to work within Ward G5 at Doncaster Royal Infirmary.

A high standard of individualised patient care is provided by the current efficient and friendly team.

Ward G5 provides care for women and their families undergoing Gynaecology or Breast surgery, Miscarriage, Oncology care across the inpatient ward, Day Unit and Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC).

We are looking for a dynamic and caring professional who is passionate about women's health, providing the highest standard of care to give the patients the most positive and supported experience possible, showing empathy to the women whilst maintaining patient dignity at all times.

The role is varied and teamwork is key, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. The successful applicant must demonstrate a keen interest in Women's Health, preferably with recent Gynaecology and/ or Breast Surgery experience.

This is a temporary-fixed term contract for 12 months.
