Job summary
This post will be in the exciting and innovative Performance department in the Recovery, Innovation and Transformation Directorate at Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (DBTH) working closely with internal and external stakeholders to lead and manage performance assurance across the organisation. They will support the organisation in developing a detailed understanding of their performance and helping to ensure this drives the right action and service development in line with our ambition of being the"safest trust in the country, outstanding in all we do".

Main duties of the job
This person will support the departments and trusts Senior Management Team to continually improve high quality patient care. They will achieve this by ensuring the organisation has the right information in the right place to drive evidence based decision making and through governing the wider performance assurance process. Within their portfolio they will manage the Trusts information business partner team who will work alongside operational and clinical teams to help drive a detailed understanding of performance using effective analysis and visualisations. The role is also a key part of the trust's business planning process to ensure we effectively plan for future service needs.
