Job summary
Ward 17 specialises in Diabetes and Endocrine management with an emphasis on patient education, acute and chronic wound management, care of the diabetic foot, complex discharge planning, end-of-life care and the care of the general medical patient. In addition with changes to Stroke services across South Yorkshire, ward 17 will be playing a vital role within the Stroke pathway and caring for Stroke patients.

Main duties of the job
We are searching for dynamic, highly motivated and passionate individuals committed to high quality patient care.
