Job summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented administrator to join our Pre-Authorisation Finance team. You will be responsible for coordinating financial authorisations for international and private patients, ensuring timely and accurate processing to support patient admissions and treatments.
Main duties of the job
o Act as the first point of contact for pre-authorisation requests
o Liaise with embassies, insurers, and referral agencies to secure funding
o Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
o Support invoice preparation and assist with finance queries
o Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver excellent patient service
