Job summary
The Brain Directorate is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data and Performance Coordinator to support with cross directorate data validation.
You will be working with administrative teams, Assistant Service Managers, Service Managers and clinical team members across the Directorate to support the services to ensure that patient tracking/priority target lists (PTL) and patient pathways are actively managed and that key patient access and performance targets are fully delivered.
Main duties of the job
- To support the Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager in the review of other KPI's for the service
- To take a leading role in validation across the division, encompassing RTT Missing Outcomes, EPIC Work queues and the No Future Activity report across Brain directorate
- To support with any Data Quality work allocated by the Data Assurance team
- To assist with reviewing ad hoc data queries relevant to the service including activity data, helping to identify key information for the service
- Prepare agenda and paperwork for meetings, send electronic invitations, take, transcribe and distribute minutes
- To support with PALs enquiries and Datix incidents and support others to complete Datix forms
- To assist the Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager in leading the 18 weeks RTT and Diagnostic (DM01) standards, ensuring patients are managed through their pathways from referral to treatment
- To produce a comprehensive dashboard and working closely with the management team to ensure the reports are up to date, including producing weekly reports
- To take responsibility for ensuring that all access policy breaches are investigated and action plans agreed and delivered by the relevant staff
- To engage and support clinicians, managers and other staff groups in developing robust pathways to ensure delivery of 18 week RTT standard and Diagnostic (DM01) standard
- To support and monitor procedures for the clinical and administration teams across all specialties, within the division.
