An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, committed and passionate individual to join the team, within International and Private Care Unit as the International & Private Concierge Manager.
The International & Private Concierge Manager is responsible for the provision of patient / family facing services for International & Private patients. These include reception, Caterpillar Outpatients administration services, hospitality, and interpreting & translation services.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will need to exemplify and lead the services to deliver excellent customer care while promoting and delivering efficient customer service.
