Employee Services Team Leader - Band 5
Introduction
Our Employee Services Desk is the heart of the HR and OD team. Providing transaction and advisory HR support on all stages of the employee lifecycle, employee changes on ESR, pay related changes and manage all compliance monitoring. The team is also responsible for the managing the honorary contract process which includes the on boarding and ongoing monitoring of our sizable honorary workforce.
Alongside supervision of the service desk team and the post holder will act as an expert in their area of responsibility providing advice and resolving queries that may arise.

You will be at the heart of the action as you take your HR skills to the next level.
Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will champion our 'making GOSH a great place to work' team ethos. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing day to day supervision to our dynamic HR Service Desk team. You will support and oversee a range of HR transactions and help ensure the smooth running of a transactional and advisory support service.
It's a rewarding role that can be challenging and calls for an innovative approach to work, would require strong knowledge of NHS terms and conditions, supervisory skills, HR process excellence and a proficiency in IT.
