- Acting as an escalation point for new joiners and Trust managers on all on-boarding queries
- Partner with external payroll provider to ensure a successful new hire experience
- Working alongside medical and non medical teams to ensure awareness of future new joiner volumes and adequate communication to teams impacted
- You will manage the delivery of our exceptional candidate experience maintaining frequent contact with candidates throughout their on-boarding journey.
Main duties of the job

You will provide an efficient and customer focused service to all stakeholders, internal and external to maximise customer satisfaction, ensuring a smooth transition for staff joining the organisation and enabling the Trust to recruit into all medical and non-medical roles.

You will act as a source of expert knowledge in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle for internal and external applicants and will support the delivery of an excellent customer experience
- To monitor the quality of information, ensuring corrective action (by users where appropriate) is taken where errors have occurred, in order to maintain the accuracy of data from TRAC, GEARS and ESR
- Liaise with the workforce team to ensure position numbers are identified for all newly created posts and that the details are entered correctly on ESR.
- Support the Resourcing Leads with a review of the new starter hiring process as directed, create and update internal SoPs to ensure consistency in ESR inputting across all teams.
- Manage the recruitment payroll inboxes ensuring all new starters are correctly hired against in line with the agreed process
- Planning and scheduling various training sessions for the Resourcing and Medical HR Teams Resourcing and Medical HR teams to ensure these vacancies are successfully requisitioned.
- To process any changes to Junior Doctors terms and conditions on ESR and issue contracts as appropriate.
