Job summary

An exciting opportunity to use data analytics and systems skills to transform the way clinical spend is managed in Great Ormond Street. The successful candidate will have outstanding understanding of spend management techniques and extensive experience of working with clinical teams to deliver savings and streamlined ordering.

The postholder will also have experience of successfully installing and operating inventory management systems and rolling out IMS systems operationally.

Main duties of the job

Work with clinical teams and other areas of the Trust to improve the management of clinical and other spend including the provision of indepth analytics using AdviseInc and other relevant tools. Using data management techniques to inform and guide clinical sourcing.

To take overall responsibility for the Supply Chain team in the Trust and in particular to lead on the successful implementation of the Ingenica inventory management system installation and roll out.
