Bank Domestic Cleaning Operative
Working hours:
Mon - Fri 0800 - 1600
Mon - Fri 1600 - 2000
Mon - Fri 2200 - 0600
Sat & Sun 0800 - 2000
We are looking for expert Domestic Assistants who are always helpful, welcoming and enjoy working in a team to join our in-house Bank at Great Ormond Street Hospital in central London. You will be required to maintain the hospital standards of cleanliness to ensure that all cleaning tasks carried are out in accordance with NHS Cleaning standards.
Hours
Essential requirements
- Basic Numerate & Literate Skills
- Knowledge of cleaning products i.e. COSHH
- Previous domestic experience
- Knowledge of infection prevention and control
- Desirable Criteria
- Knowledge of using heavy duty cleaning equipment
Main duties of the job
Your duties will include (but not limited to)-
- Dusting low & high, vacuuming & washing down all areas
- Cleaning of any glass partitions
- Cleaning of Toilets, Bathrooms, Shower Rooms & Basins
- Restocking of all soaps, handtowels & toilet paper
- Emptying & cleaning of waste bins
- Cleaning of dining rooms, tables & chair
