Service Manager- 12 month fixed term contract
Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH), a leader in paediatric healthcare, invites applications for a Service Manager in the Heart and Lung directorate, on a 1-year fixed term maternity cover.
This vital role centres around strategic and operational management, ensuring excellent service delivery in line with GOSH's values and standards.
Main duties of the job
- Operational management of the Heart and Lung directorate.
- Ensuring patient-focused, high-quality service delivery.
- Financial and staff management within the directorate.
- Promoting continuous improvement and innovation in paediatric care.
The successful candidate will have:
- Significant experience in NHS operational management.
- Exceptional leadership qualities, with a focus on inclusivity and team development.
- Good communication skills and possess the ability to work on their own initiative.
