Recruitment Systems Advisor, FTC until 31/03/2023
As the window into Great Ormond Street Hospital, we are looking for a Recruitment Systems Advisor who can make an impact from day one.
This a new role to support the provision of an excellent onboarding service across non medical and medical recruitment. The postholder will use Employee Staff record (ESR) system, TRAC and all other recruitment systems to ensure new starters are onboarded and hired in a timely manner.
Main duties of the job
- You will work closely with the Senior Resourcing Advisor and Recruitment colleagues in ensuring a smooth recruitment and payroll administration.o You will promote the Recruitment systems e.g. ESR applicant dashboards, and act as champion for the system to encourage acceptance by users.
As the successful candidate, you will need to be have very strong organisational and administrative skills, passionate about recruiting safely and quickly, be innovative and committed to achieving consistent excellence across the service.
