Main duties of the job
Gathering colleague insight and surfacing their experiences will be really important to this post , developing our understanding of current opportunities and challenges to getting involved in innovation across colleague groups and generating a measurable plan for delivering approaches, campaigns and content for internal engagement activities based on this. While an important focus of this role is internal and for stakeholders, we expect that the stories you uncover will often work for an external audience and this postholder will work closely with the wider communication team, and partner organisations, to summarise complex innovation and experiences and share them, far and wide.
It's a very exciting time to join us in this relatively new role, as we grow and develop alongside GOSH's wider ambitions as an Intelligent Research Hospital, a new theme in our NIHR GOSH Biomedical Research Centre (Applied Child Health Informatics) and our increasing need to harness the power of our data at GOSH. If you're able to independently turn complex science, commercial agreements and innovative solutions into understandable and engaging stories and insights, build strong relationships and have good experience delivering initiatives and campaigns that drive awareness and involvement, we'd like to hear from you.
A large part of this role will be onsite based so we will be conducting our interviews in person on Week commencing 10/07/2023 as we would like to meet you and get to know you better!
