Band 3 Healthcare Assistant - 1.0wte - working shifts to include nights and weekend working.

Working within the Primary Care Team providing healthcare to our residents.

Main duties of the job

Band 3 Healthcare Assistant - 1.0wte

Supporting the RGN with Coded Calls

Supporting with reception screening/discharges/transfers

Undertaking Clinical observations

Scanning medical documents onto patient records
