Main duties of the job

o The post holder will provide leadership for a designated team, including the implementation of systems and processes that will support service delivery and staff within the team.

o The post holder will facilitate the dissemination and implementation of policies to ensure governance is firmly embedded within the team.

o To provide line management and clinical leadership within the team.

o Highlight and facilitate the opportunity of introduction and development of new practices thereby supporting the implementation of key strategic priorities across the team.

o Ensure clinicians are supported to achieve commissioning targets and to develop, implement and evaluate service improvement plans within areas of responsibility.

o In conjunction with clinical leads ensure the implementation of consistent and high standards of care delivery taking action to identify and address variances.

o Establish regular audit schedule and Health and Safety compliance.
