Head of Mental Health and Quality – Specialist & Secured Services

The closing date is 30 May 2025

Job summary

Are you an inspirational clinical leader with a passion for quality and improving patient outcomes? We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the quality agenda across our Specialist and Secured Services Care Delivery Pathway (SSCDP). This is a unique opportunity to shape and embed trauma-informed mental health care, drive excellence, and deliver real impact across a complex and high-profile service.

In this role, you'll be a visible and credible presence, working across our secure and specialist environments - including prisons - to ensure outstanding mental health care is consistently delivered.

You'll be approachable and calm under pressure, with the ability to inspire confidence and build a culture of continuous improvement.

In return, you'll join a values-driven organisation committed to co-production, innovation, and creating services that people are proud to use - and staff are proud to lead. If you're ready to take the next step in your leadership journey and leave your mark on a vital area of care, we'd love to hear from you. We can't promise it'll always be easy - but it will definitely be rewarding (and no two days are ever the same!).
