NHFT has an exciting opportunity for an experienced or aspiring senior operational leader to join our Adult Community Services (ACS) team as an Assistant Director.

The successful candidate will be working alongside another Assistant Director and will operate under the direction and line management of the Deputy Director for Adult Community Services, to cover an agreed portfolio of adult community services across the county. You will be responsible for the operational, strategic, performance and business development of one stack of services across ACS.

You will have an excellent track record for delivering high quality innovative services and you will demonstrate an ability to influence, engage and lead others to maintain delivery of services through an ambitious programme of transformational change.

Main duties of the job

You will have demonstrable experience of managing and leading multiple teams and ensuring that the highest standards of people management, clinical quality and financial performance are delivered across operational services. You will be one of the Adult Services key links to identified commissioners and partners in the system.

  • Experience of delivery against KPI targets
