To provide, lead, operationally manage and clinically supervise in an exciting service which we are delivering across Northamptonshire: the Mental Health Support Team (MHST) and Children's Wellbeing Practitioner Pathway (CWPP). You will ensure the 'voice of the child/young person' is pivotal in all aspects of clinical practice and development. Co-production will underpin the MHST's. This involves working with i-discover and NHFT participation team to support co-production and participation work.
