Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Team Administrator to join an evolving and inclusive team to provide comprehensive administrative support to Adult Community Healthcare Services community nursing teams across Northamptonshire. Our current vacancies include:

37.5 hours per week, M-F, permanent post, West Team - based at Campbell House, Northampton.

30 hours per week, days to be agreed, permanent post, North Team - based at Isebrook Hospital, Wellingborough.

The post holder will work alongside an established countywide administration team and will be based either North or West of the county. They must be flexible and use their initiative to organise their own workload dependent of the priorities and requirements at the time. Good organisational ability, strong IT skills and flexibility are essential for this role.

Main duties of the job

This role provides business and service administration support to the place-based Adult Community Healthcare Services team, always ensuring a focus on quality and delivery.

The post holder will be required to adhere to multiple deadlines with priorities that could change on a regular basis. They will be required to attend locality meetings and liaise closely with the B4 Locality Administrative Team Lead as well as the B5 Administrative Team Manager. The post holder will be line managed by the B4 Locality Administrative Team Lead for their locality.

The post holder will frequently be the first point of contact for key stakeholders within their locality, so will have a high level of communication skills to be able to provide assurance and deliver a positive outcome
