Chief Operating Officer

We are now looking for an outstanding Chief Operating Officer to join our executive team. You will be responsible for the delivery of all operational clinical services across the Trust, working with Executive Director Colleagues to ensure that these meet the highest standards of quality. You will also be a key link to the ICB, Collaboratives and partners. It is essential that you support the development of the highest standards of leadership and work closely with the Director of HR and OD to ensure the effective engagement of staff and the highest standards of people management.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for someone who has an excellent track record of delivering innovative change and managing operational services to deliver the highest quality care. You will also have and be able to demonstrate excellent engaging leadership and negotiating and influencing skills.
You will have a track record and experience of leading large teams and ensuring that the highest standards of people management, clinical quality and financial performance are delivered across operational services. The role leads on Transformation and Health and Safety with Staff wellbeing being a high priority for the Trust. You will also have excellent engaging leadership, negotiating and influencing skills.
