Would you like to support the delivery of excellent customer service to the children and families of Northamptonshire?Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust are currently recruiting for part time Band 3 Administrators to work in our 0-19 Admin Hub based at Isebrook Hospital in Wellingborough, covering the opening hours of the service Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm.The 0-19 Admin Hub Team provides administrative support to colleagues and families in the countywide delivery of 0-19 universal services including Health Visiting and School Nursing provision. The Hub provides a central contact point from 8am to 5pm and supports five localities who deliver services within geographical clusters.

Part time hours are 22.5

Main duties of the job

To provide a comprehensive administrative and clerical service within the 0-19 Children's Universal Service including the ability to promote and safeguard the welfare of Children, Young People and their families. This will include initial screening of calls from service users, partners and other professionals, documenting and sharing key information, creating letters and reports. The post holder will be part of the single point of contact for service users and will be required to promptly answer telephone calls, resolve routine and non-routine queries and provide a high level of customer service, which will include signposting to relevant services prioritising urgent assessment when required.

The role will involve receiving some complex and distressing enquires. There may be some barriers to communication e.g. language, hearing impairment, Mental Health, learning disability/difficulty or via Live Chat, which requires a use of judgement and sensitivity.
