We are looking for a dedicatedTemporary Staffing Shift Coordinator to join our team and support the efficient management of flexible workers (bank/agency staff) across various departments within the Trust. This role will involve coordinating staffing requests, maintaining communication with workers, supporting recruitment, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. If you have strong organisational skills, enjoy working with people, and are looking to make an impact within a healthcare setting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Main duties of the job
We will need from you
- Organisational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, particularly when managing records and data.

Previous Experience: Experience in staffing, recruitment, or administration is desirable but not essential.

Team Player: Able to work collaboratively with internal teams, including the Temporary Staffing Team Leader, Roster Team, and Payroll Department.

IT Proficiency: Competent in using computerised systems and Microsoft Office applications.
