Job summary
We have a rare opportunity to join our welcoming and supportive administrative team within the Child Health Outpatients Service at Salisbury District Hospital. This role offers the chance to provide vital administrative support to our dedicated Children's Physiotherapy Team and Advanced Clinical Practitioners, helping deliver high-quality care to children and their families.

Main duties of the job
Provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to the Children's Physiotherapy Team, maintaining patient confidentiality.
Produce clinic letters and documents, maintain notes, collect and collate investigations and respond to queries and requests relating to outpatients. To support the booking and outcoming of physiotherapy and Advanced Clinical Practitioner clinics.
To be the administrator for the DDH service (baby hip service)
Respond efficiently and effectively to telephone queries and emails from patients, parents/guardians and other health care professionals.
Work independently, prioritising and managing own workload quickly and accurately, responding to the needs of the department.
Offer support to the admin team when other staff members are away.
